Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. Warming up is usually done before the exercise. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
